As the sole owner and operator of a large dog walking and in-home pet services company in Chicago, along with a state of the art boarding and daycare facility in the suburbs, I bring firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and intricacies involved in running successful pet care operations.
Before diving into the world of pet care, I earned a Business Marketing degree from Illinois State University and spent five years in technology sales, honing my skills in client relations and operational management. This background has given me the tools to not only run my businesses effectively but also to help other entrepreneurs streamline their operations and achieve their goals.

leveraging my experience to manage day-to-day scheduling, client onboarding, phone traffic, and issue resolution.
Whether it’s troubleshooting access challenges for walkers or addressing staffing no-shows, I have the expertise to handle it. I pride myself on balancing client satisfaction with team efficiency, ensuring that both clients and staff feel supported and valued. I can also manage business processes such as hiring, running payroll, managing business relationships that produce leads, etc.
In addition to virtual assistant services, I also offer consulting services to help pet care businesses grow and improve efficiency. After transitioning my own company to Time To Pet, I spent countless hours refining every detail to create a seamless, effective workflow—and I’m excited to share those insights with others.
